We are looking to permanently employ an IT Specialist in the service industry located in Williston, Vermont. The selected candidate will be tasked with a number of responsibilities relating to network maintenance, administration, and customer support.
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain client networks. Perform daily operations such as health checks, troubleshooting, and implementing updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service. They will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, staying updated on the latest technologies, and generating reports and documentation to ensure client satisfaction and network optimization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable skills in Cluster Analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Active Directory
- Experience with VMware is a plus
- Ability to perform Network Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of LAN - Local Area Network is necessary
- Experience with WAN - Wide Area Network is desirable
- Wireless Networking skills
- Experience in Firewall administration is a plus
