We are searching for an IT Support Specialist to join our team located in SOLON, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with providing technical support, managing system setups, and troubleshooting various technical issues. You will be working with databases, supporting business applications, and assisting with user access and authentication.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth IT operations.
Assist in resolving multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues and troubleshooting authentication apps.
Set up new user accounts, including configuring access permissions and security settings.
Install and configure time clocks for tracking employee attendance.
Maintain SQL databases and Microsoft Access databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Develop automation solutions to improve IT efficiency and assist with programming tasks.
Provide support for SAP Business One, including troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and performing system updates.
Document technical procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system security.
Work with cloud-based authentication and identity management solutions.
This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
Proficiency in Android Development
In-depth knowledge of Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Proficiency in handling Mac Computers
Extensive experience with Microsoft products
Experience with Active Directory
Ability to troubleshoot Apple Devices
Knowledge of Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Proven experience in Deployments
SQL knowledge is a must
Familiarity with Microsoft Access
Proficiency in using SAP B1 - Business One
