We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support individual to join our team in the construction/contractor industry, based in Grand Prairie, Texas. As an IT Support, you will be tasked with handling a wide range of technical issues, including those related to email, SharePoint, Office 365, Sales Force, and network connectivity. Offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity, you will provide first level technical support to both internal and external clients, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and contribute to our knowledge base.Responsibilities:• Handle inbound telephone calls and written or internet-based inquiries from customers, diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues.• Deliver tier one troubleshooting and resolution for Windows 10, Office 365, Email, and internal CRM technical issues.• Carefully listen to customer's product issues, ask detailed questions to fully comprehend the need, and determine the best approach for resolving the problem.• Document all customer interactions consistently, thoroughly, and free of grammatical errors.• Research customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported products.• Contribute to training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.• Maintain accurate customer information and document recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.• Install and troubleshoot software, and configure and support all internet browsers.• Provide support for mobile applications.• Utilize knowledge and experience with Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Deployments, and Microsoft Office 365.
