We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Network Engineer split between Westborough and Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a Network Engineer, your primary role will be to participate in a critical Datacenter migration project from Cisco infrastructure to an HP Aruba environment. Responsibilities:• Take part in the decommissioning of Cisco Datacenter equipment and assist in the transition to an HP Aruba environment• Engage in standard network configurations, including routing and switching tasks• Install and configure network equipment as per the project requirements• Aid in the preparation and testing of network infrastructure for the migration process• Work collaboratively with other Network Engineers on various project tasks• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve network issues as they arise• Maintain precise documentation of all network configurations and changes made during the project• Engage in the management and configuration of Cisco routers and Palo Alto firewalls• Exhibit proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Cisco Technologies• Demonstrate expertise in Aruba Wireless and Datacenter configuration management.
