Candidate Requirements:
· 1 years of experience in Real Estate
· Experience with case management, discovery and trial preparation; drafting legal documents; and service of process
· Experience handling routine communications with clients, attorneys, and vendors; e-filing; scheduling court proceedings
· Proficient in MS Suite and familiarity with LexisNexis and Summation
