Responsibilities
- Manage and process weekly payroll for all employees using Dayforce.
- Handle garnishments and ensure they are accurately processed.
- Oversee the administration of 401k - RRSP.
- Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records.
- Execute accounting functions as per the company's policy.
- Conduct regular auditing of payroll and related documents.
- Manage benefit functions and ensure they are correctly carried out.
- Handle multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with state laws.
- Manage union dues for union workers and accurately process them.
- Handle payroll for non-union workers and ensure all policies are adhered to.
- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Ability to manage 401k - RRSP Administration
- Familiarity with About Time software
- Capable of performing Accounting Functions
- Experience in Auditing tasks
- Proficient in handling Benefit Functions
- Knowledge of Dayforce software
- Experience in managing Weekly Payroll
- Ability to handle Multi-state Payroll
- Experience with Union Dues management
- Familiarity with Non-Union payroll procedures
