Job Description: As a Payroll Admin, you will assist with various aspects of employee payroll processing, ensure accurate payroll records are maintained, address discrepancies, and guarantee timely employee payments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that any changes to employee information, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments, are properly and promptly reflected in the payroll system.
- Thoroughly examine and confirm timesheets, attendance records, and other pertinent documents to ensure precision and adherence to company policies and legal obligations.
- Produce comprehensive reports on payroll, taxes, and other payroll-related expenses for management and the finance team.
- Work with Human Resources to ensure accurate and thorough recording of employee benefits in the payroll system, such as insurance and retirement plans.
- Continuously monitor federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure adherence and compliance.
- Provide support in completing payroll-related audits and promptly address any inquiries auditors request.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll records at all times.
- Manage payroll email inbox, ensuring timely response to questions, concerns, and data entry requests.
Salary : $23 - $25
