We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll cycles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all employees receive accurate pay statements. This role is instrumental in the finance team and will require a high level of detail and accuracy. Responsibilities:• Accurate processing of employee payrolls for both salaried and hourly workers• Ensuring that all pay statements reflect appropriate pay for hours worked, rate changes, and other deductions • Monitoring and tracking non-working hours such as paid time off, vacation, and holidays in line with company policy• Managing and processing short-term disability payments • Assisting in the distribution and reconciliation of year-end tax information• Ensuring accuracy of general ledger postings related to payroll• Processing garnishments and employment verifications in accordance with established guidelines• Supporting the Payroll Manager through reconciliations, analysis, and other tasks as needed• Investigating inquiries from outside agencies as required• Processing benefits related to the company's wellness program for taxation purposes• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in all payroll activities.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
