Within this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that revolve around payroll management, human resources compliance, and other related duties, all within a detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing in-house payroll activities for a specified number of employees.
- Keeping track of employee attendance, including absences and other related data.
- Undertaking data entry tasks, particularly those related to Accounts Payable.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including those stipulated by OSHA.
- Actively involved in auditing and other benefit functions.
- Overseeing HR Compliance activities and ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
- Managing matters related to Worker's Compensation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in full cycle payroll processing is required
- Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Understanding and adherence to HR compliance regulations
- Experience with tracking injured workers and Workers Compensation
