Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team at Tessy! This role is vital in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive work environment. Our HR Administrators play a key role in employee relations, performance management, and overall HR operations. Our HR Administrators support the day-to-day labor and personnel related operations of Tessy. They act as a mediator between management and the employee and advise employees of all relevant programs, policies and procedures including but not limited to employee benefits, employee relations, applicable state and federal employment laws and new/revised personnel policies. The HR Administrator may be required to assist internal and external customers in the completion of projects as well as work collaboratively with internal and external customers to complete day-to-day HR related requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings and screening candidates
- Manage employee evaluations and performance management processes.
- Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Utilize HRIS systems for maintaining employee records and data management.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Collaborate with management in maintaining and developing their staffing needs.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions as needed. Including assisting all departments in communicating and monitoring compliance of policies, procedures, and standards throughout the facilities. This includes the administration of disciplinary action as necessary and conducting investigations as needed.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Relevant accreditation such as SHRM-CP, SHRM PHR or SPHR preferred
- Proven years of experience in human resources administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS payroll systems such as UKG is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
