Robert Half is looking for a Regional Payroll Manager that is ready to grow with a company that continues to strive in the Evansville market. This role offers leadership, advancement and the opportunity to help put proper policies and procedures in place.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Regional Controller but will eventually report to the CFO
- Processing payroll for 5 to 6 locations, across 4 states
- Must have experience with (1000 payroll counts)
- Must have union and non-union payroll experience
- Ability to develop and improve processes
- Implement policies and procedures, very organized and streamlined
- Ability to delegate and lead a team of 4
- Experienced with EXCEL (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPS / XLOOKUPS)
- Growth Opportunity - This role will start as a Regional Payroll Manager with the plan to promote to Payroll Director as they grow.
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
