The role is for a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director, where you will be tasked with managing payroll functions, training, and development of the team, and streamlining processes and procedures in a growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Administer and maintain accurate records of employee benefits, including 401k and health insurance options
• Utilize HRIS software such as Workday and ADP for processing and managing payroll
• Assist in the hiring process for the team, ensuring the right talent for the right role
• Train and develop team members, enhancing their detail-oriented skills and growth
• Establish and implement processes and procedures as the company continues to grow
• Handle reporting tasks, providing accurate and timely reports for decision making
• Hands-on payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time
• Comply with SOX regulations, ensuring all payroll activities are in line with legal requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
