Responsibilities:• Ensure smooth operations, support financial reporting, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our tools and data hygiene practices.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on tool usage and standard processes.• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. • Manage small to mid-size projects to understand project management discipline and reporting.• Oversee the technology acquisition process/IT approval of software for enterprise applications stakeholders.• Administer work requests and manage dependency tracking.• Assist in implementation of capacity management improvements.• Develop and automate project tracking and health reporting dashboards.• Assist with the implementation of new Azure DevOps standards and related tools.• Participate in continuous planning and prioritization.
