Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Assist with estimation and bidding process
- Assist with project budgets, AIA billing, certificates of insurance & notice to owners
- Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years' of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
