We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team in Fletcher, North Carolina. Specializing in the manufacturing industry, the role involves managing the lifecycle of various products, strategizing for owned products, and interacting with multiple departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the product life cycle, ensuring smooth transitions through customer and end-user trials
- Strategize and implement plans for the product(s) under your management
- Collaborate efficiently with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and technical support teams
- Monitor and manage the financial aspects of the product, including profit and loss, financial planning
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Excel to manage and report on product performance
- Engage with the Regional Organization for effective product management
- Ensure cross-functional project management, coordinating with various teams for optimal results
- Oversee the management of end users across three teams dealing with prime films, labels, and packaged items for food, home care, and personal use
- Utilize skills in 3M, CRM, ERP Solutions, KPI Reporting, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Project Management for effective execution of responsibilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in 3M, CRM, and ERP Solutions is a must.
- Demonstrated expertise in KPI Reporting.
- Knowledge of Logistics and Manufacturing processes is necessary.
- Proven experience in Cross Functional Project Management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field is desirable.
- Relevant Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project execution.
