Responsibilities
- Manage the multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient routing and prompt response to all inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for document creation, data management, and correspondence.
- Maintain an organized and updated record of all customer interactions.
- Assist with the setup and management of virtual meetings via Zoom.
- Monitor customer accounts and handle any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation, providing top-notch customer service at all times.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.
- Proficient in answering and managing a multi-line phone system.
- Strong knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Ability to navigate and operate Zoom for meeting schedules and coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
