We are providing an opportunity in the healthcare sector at a location in Brookline, Massachusetts, 02446, United States. The role we are offering is that of a Registrar. This provides a long-term contract employment opportunity where your primary duties will include administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• As a Registrar, your primary responsibility will be to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
• You will be tasked with entering data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service will be one of your main responsibilities.
• Your role will involve performing receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• You will be in charge of maintaining and updating records as needed.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have is a key aspect of your role.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action is also part of your responsibilities.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a registrar role or a similar position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry is required.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Experience in providing administrative assistance is necessary.
