We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team, operating in the industry. Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Vice President, Account Managers, and Sales Executives to manage a variety of projects
- Accurately process and record client prospect and renewal information
- Maintain and update various databases, encompassing vendors, clients, brokers, and more
- Generate monthly reports for both internal and external use
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining both electronic and paper files
- Provide post-sales support and superior customer service
- Handle detailed documentation and data entry tasks
- Prepare proposals for the sales team and manage the stock of brochures and flyers
- Track quote requests, record responses, and prepare customer quotes
- Monitor new and renewal sales activity and report accurately.
- Proficiency in Post-Sales Support is a must for this role
- Prior experience in Administrative Assistance is required
- Knowledge of Administrative Office procedures and systems is essential
- The candidate must possess strong Data Entry skills
- Proficiency in Computer Data Entry is mandatory
- Excellent Customer Service skills are required
- The candidate must be able to provide Superior Customer Service
- The ability to create Detailed Documentation is a must
- Experience in Obtaining Quotes is necessary
