Robert Half is working with a respected client with offices in both Boston and Burlington looking for a Sr.Payroll Specialist to join its team. This role offers a Hybrid work schedule and is direct-hire.
Our client is looking for a payroll professional with 3 years of experience, and knowledge of multi-state payroll. This is a fast-paced environment and the selected candidate should understand payroll coding. Any experience with UKG software is a plus. Any payroll certifications are a plus.
For the right candidate our client is offering a base salary "around" $70,000. Strong benefits here and a great culture.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Payroll Administrator role or similar
Proficient in multi-state payroll processing, with a proven track record in managing payroll for over 500 employees.
Demonstrated ability to handle payroll across multiple states.
Familiarity with Kronos timekeeping system is preferred
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
High degree of professionalism.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations is highly desirable.
