We are in need of a meticulous Staff Accountant in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Mission Viejo, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with managing community association accounting and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities:• Accurately process 20-30 financial transactions per month• Manage two separate bank accounts related to the community association• Maintain and update prepaid expenses and accounts receivable• Monitor and manage accounts payable and insurance payable• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions• Handle bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy• Manage a volume of approximately 40 transactions per month• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the financial records• Ensure all financial operations align with the current financial legislation• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
