Responsibilities
- Establishing and organizing files for easy access
- Handling inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Keeping track of data through accurate entry and management
- Assisting in the functions of the Payroll & Benefits divisions
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
- Undertaking any additional duties as required to support the team
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry
- Proficient in filing and maintaining organized systems for paper and electronic documents
- Ability to effectively manage and answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service
- Skilled in data entry, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with different departments and potential candidates
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate databases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
