Responsibilities:• Supervising tax services and ensuring the quality of work produced by the tax department.• Managing and delegating work to staff effectively to ensure efficient operations.• Handling tax operations for individual, partnership, and corporate returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.• Utilizing various accounting software systems and ERP for efficient tax management and compliance.• Engaging directly with clients to address tax-related inquiries and issues.• Implementing and managing auditing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.• Adhering to and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.• Assisting with entity formation and income tax accounting tasks.• Utilizing ADP Financial Services and CCH Sales Tax for effective financial management and tax compliance.• Providing guidance and training to staff on accounting functions and practices.
