Workers' Compensation Speialist

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Workers' Compensation Specialist in the manufacturing industry, based in San Dimas, California. The role is primarily responsible for managing employee investigations, providing administrative support to management, and handling workers' compensation claims in California and Texas. Responsibilities: • Conduct and manage investigations related to employee relations • Provide executive-level support through data analysis • Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations• Assist in the administration of ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce systems • Oversee the management of employee benefits and FMLA compliance • Facilitate effective communication within the organization • Monitor and manage injured workers' cases according to the Workers Comp Law• Provide support in the management of the company's financial services through ADP • Maintain compliance with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode regulations • Conduct employee relations investigations as and when required.
