The role is primarily responsible for managing employee investigations, providing administrative support to management, and handling workers' compensation claims in California and Texas. Responsibilities: • Conduct and manage investigations related to employee relations • Provide executive-level support through data analysis • Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations• Assist in the administration of ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce systems • Oversee the management of employee benefits and FMLA compliance • Facilitate effective communication within the organization • Monitor and manage injured workers' cases according to the Workers Comp Law• Provide support in the management of the company's financial services through ADP • Maintain compliance with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode regulations • Conduct employee relations investigations as and when required.
