- Support day-to-day operations by taking on tasks essential for the smooth functioning of the team.
- Assist with general office tasks, including managing office supplies and handling documents.
- Help with scheduling and coordinating small events, meetings, and appointments as directed.
- Manage reception duties as needed, ensuring visitors are greeted and calls are directed appropriately.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Support team members with any additional on-site duties as required.
- Must have prior experience in reception/administrative role within a corporate or customer-facing environment.
