Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Secretary/Office worker. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
