The Firm’s Professional Legal Administrator position is an executive-level position with discretion and responsibility for the management of the Firm's business operations and the supervision of employees. The position's duties and responsibilities include working closely with upper management to identify ways to increase sales, employee retention, and customer satisfaction.
The job is to assist upper management with promoting business growth by maximizing company procedures and managing employees, while also setting and maintaining financial goals for individual departments. The position keeps the Firm’s needs in the forefront and works closely with the CEO, CRO, and the executive team on planning, leadership, culture, problem-solving, efficiency, implementing employee policies, and decision-making.
Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:- Leadership and Managment of the Firm's Business Operations
- Human Resources Management
- Administration of Key Business Systems
- Oversight of Law Firm "Factory" Production
- Oversight of Finance & Accounting
- Oversight of Physical Plant
- Oversight of Marketing & Sales
- The Professional Legal Administrator must have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- It is essential for the Professional Legal Administrator to be “in the know” about technology and profitability trends to ensure the Firm is maximizing technology and resource developments to increase capacity and efficiency
- Attention to detail and organization is a must
- Previous experience managing 10 employees is required
- Experience working as a Professional Legal Administrator, Director of Operations, or Chief Operating Officer at a Law Firm is preferred
- Commitment to the Firm's mission, vision, and core values is highly preferred
