What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Dispatcher/Warehouse Coordinator position at Robinson Oil Corporation?
Robinson Oil Corporation, dba Rotten Robbie, is looking for a Maintenance Dispatcher/Warehouse Coordinator to join the Maintenance team in our corporate office. This is a full-time position that will serve as the central communication hub for the department and ensure timely dispatch of resources to keep all company locations running smoothly.
What the Maintenance Dispatcher does
- Schedule and coordinate technicians and materials required for specific work orders.
- Coordinate necessary regular and preventative maintenance and repairs at company locations.
- Manage parts and material inventory, including maintaining electronic inventory records.
- Handle inventory purchases based on parameters provided by supervisor.
- Fulfill maintenance parts orders from retail locations and ensure distribution in a timely manner.
- Maintaining an accurate database, including service ticket/vendor follow ups.
- Schedule and coordinate repairs with outside maintenance vendors as needed.
- Other duties as assigned to support department and company goals.
Who you are
- 3 years maintenance coordinator, dispatch, and/or administrative assistant experience
- Advanced computer skills, especially with MS Office Suite, and ability to quickly master new programs
- Superior organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in the English language
