The Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure
maintenance activities and projects throughout the department are running accordingly. This position will be
responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities within the department. This individual will assist in monitoring maintenance employees under the guidance of management. This position requires problem solving and analytical skills to assist in resolving issues by gathering accurate information, understanding the situation, and utilizing available resources to implement corrective action in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Daily Activities:
- Develops daily schedule for maintenance and adjust as necessary.
- Provides direction and support for employees, including: work safety, employee morale, scheduling, job quality, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Resolves and troubleshoots problems as required and implement changes to maximize efficiencies.
- Enters data as needed in the Manager Plus system.
- Requests tools/parts as needed.
- Review and analyze reports, records, directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.
- Generate reports to analyze the productivity of the department.
- Updates and develop new procedures in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production and/or work order requests.
- Initiates and/or suggests measures to improve methodology, equipment performance, and quality of work.
- Estimates, requests, and inspects materials.
- Keeps track of training Maintenance employees of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Handles machine part ordering and shipping.
- Performs other projects and duties as assigned by management.
- 2 years in administrative task in Pharmaceutical, Dietary, or a related industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations as it pertains to document control.
