Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to join our team. Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and regular communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and lead generation within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform project strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to align project goals with company objectives.
- Prepare detailed project proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing technical solutions that meet their requirements.
- Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Actively participate in outside sales activities to promote services and expand the client base.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or project management within a relevant industry.
- Strong skills in account management, business development, lead generation, and upselling techniques.
- Technical sales experience is preferred; ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at various levels of an organization.
