Host/Hostess

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover.
• Take reservations and maintain an organized reservation system.
• Communicate wait times accurately to guests and keep them informed of their table status.
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
