Responsibilities: - Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards - Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations - Assist with menu planning and development - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle food preparation and cooking tasks as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role in the food industry - Proficient in sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and rolling techniques - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
