More Details:

  • PAID TRAINING! Earn an average $75,000/year, with top performers earning $240,000 through Base Pay Commission.
  • NO COLD CALLING OR OUTBOUND SALES REQUIRED!! You will engage with pre-selected individuals who are either calling our company or reaching us directly online in real-time.
  • Work days must be flexible, including weekends, and work hours are minimum 8 hours per day, with start times generally during our normal office hours, from 7AM - 6PM (PST).
  • Overtime (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week) is allowed and often encouraged for those who wish to put in extra time for additional opportunity!
  • You will be expected to work from our main office located in Irvine, CA. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripts.
  • Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available.
  • Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses.
  • Consistently follow all Company policy and procedures.
  • Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to offering financial services.

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age.
  • MUST HAVE 2 years of sales & customer service experience in relevant industries (for example, student loan advisor, loan officer, mortgage, banking, inside sales).
  • YOU MUST BE COACHABLE AND WILLING to utilizing our sales process to become successful.
  • Experience using CRM and phone software systems.
  • MUST HAVE EXCELLENT verbal & written English communication skills with the ability to work well and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to utilize a consultative sales approach with strong time management skills.
  • MUST BE professional and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • BONUS: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.
