KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Candidate must possess demonstrated ability and professional and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with school personnel and members of the community. The ability to plan, coordinate, and lead projects. The ability to diagnose and solve issues related to identity and learning systems; the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, teachers, administrators, and students.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must have experience in project management in information technology environments. Prior experience utilizing programming or scripting to manage identity and learning systems preferred. Must have at least three years of successful experience in a computer-related field.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to provide own transportation to schools throughout the division. Candidate must possess good moral character and is expected to be a role model, in and out of the school, consistent with the RCPS Pillars of Character, as defined in the Student Conduct Policy, JFC.
