Administrative/Customer Service Specialist

- Leverage CRM systems to maintain customer data and improve service.
- Create and manage reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Basic knowledge of light accounting and order processing.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle customer inquiries professionally.
