LOCAL JOB OPENING- HIRING IMMEDIATELY
We are looking for a Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team for our Construction Company. The ideal candidate will set appointments, gather information on leads, assist with preparing proposals, follow up with prospective clients. General office duties. Excellent phone manners, attention to detail and good organizational skills are a must for this fast paced office environment. 40 hours per week. Possess great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Required hours 8am-4pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
