We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring person to add to our customer service team in support of our administration and graphics staff. Multitasking is critically important as our day-to-day activities are numerous. We are passionate about what we do here, and are looking for team members who are committed to serving our customers. This position will be Monday-Wednesday, 12:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Talk with and/or meet with customers over the phone and in person.
- Gathering criteria for orders, help guide customers through our process.
- Creating estimates and quotes and communicating them to the customers.
- Following up with customers periodically after proofs have been sent.
- Communicating with our graphics and production teams.
- Build strong relationships with our customers, in person and over the phone.
- Manage customer concerns, resolving problems, customer complaints and actively participate in customer transactions.
- Entering new orders into Quickbooks.
- Administrative duties such as answering phones, emailing, etc
- Working with our print brokers.

Requirements:
- Customer Service experience
- Computer skills, multitasking and organizational skills necessary.
