What you will do in this role:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience, including assisting customers to find the best machines for their needs, problem solving and providing product information.
• Talk with customers in person or by phone to open sales opportunities.
• Work in the showroom, including Saturdays.
• Use of cash register and credit card machine.
• Ability to use the make, model, and year of vehicle to look up parts and accessories to fill customers' needs and wants.
• Work as a team to keep the showroom stocked and clean.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Occasionally create content (walk arounds and product information) and post on social media channels.
• Assist with unit listings online.

How you will thrive in this role:

• Must have a working knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and any other powersports-oriented machines sold, serviced, or accessorized at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.
• Some social media experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a truck and pull a trailer.
• Knowledge of products we carry.
• Customer Service Experience helpful but not required.
• Sales experience helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by the means of self-propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
