-Answer phones
-Schedule job appointments, maintaining customer service and finding solutions with calendar conflicts
-Answer and direct emails
- Quickbooks Invoicing
-Prepares and maintains files, log sheets, records and other documents
-Manages accounts receivable
-Assists with account payable
-Prepare deposits
-Assists other staff with assignments & duties
-Maintain clean and organized work environment
-Fulfill other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and client support skills
- Experience with data entry and call center operations
- Effective communication and phone etiquette abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling tasks

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
