About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Operations Coordinator to join our team at ROCS Grad Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our training programs.
You will work closely with instructors to evaluate and provide feedback on their performance in classrooms, assisting the Academy Manager as needed. Additionally, you will support your peers with database software, maintain accurate records, and assist in developing construction or safety-related curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related field and direct hands-on or trainer-level experience in a standard construction trade is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience teaching adult learners in a vocational curriculum are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate instructor performance and provide feedback
- Support peers with database software and record maintenance
- Assist in developing training programs
- Cover classes when needed
- Support Registered Training Programs
- Routinely visit off-site training locations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related field
