Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and three to five years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective operation of the office.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies.
- Develop and maintain accurate document filing procedures.
- Serve as liaison to building management.
Accounting and Financial Support:
- Assist the Accounting Department in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Open mail and prepare checks for deposit.
- Process requests for new vendor set-ups and credit applications.
- Submit invoices for payment.
Human Resources and Onboarding:
- Coordinate HR activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate documentation of HR procedures.
- Post open positions and schedule interviews.
