Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance of our orchards and berry fields
- Contribute to the establishment of new research plots
- Conduct ongoing plant-care activities, including pruning, watering, and mulching
- Assist in the preparation and application of organic fertilizers
- Participate in fieldwork, including planting, harvesting, mowing, and weed-eating
- Assist with U-Pick activities as needed
- Maintain records of Organic and GAP practices
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals
