Assistant Site Manager

Rodeo Express Car wash is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the store and its employees, as well as assisting the Site Manager in all areas of operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Able to work outdoors and on your feet. Candidate should be sure that they have no medical conditions or injury histories that would be complicated by these types of work conditions.
• Assist in training and developing employees
• Ensure that all employees are provided with the proper materials to perform their jobs
• Ensure that all sales and safety procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized property
• Report any issues or concerns to management
• Work with the Site Manager to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Must be able to work well under pressure, be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and be able to multi-task.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess strong leadership skills. Must be able to motivate team members to assist them in their daily tasks.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
