Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Responsible for Hotel operations during the overnight shift.
- Ensure accurate check-in and checkout processes.
- Knows room locations, types of rooms available, room rates and discount offers.
- Answer phone calls politely and efficiently to meet and exceed all guest needs and requests.
- Assist in booking, modifying, and cancelling guest reservations.
- Performing daily audit of hotel transactions
- Following end of day procedures
- General cleaning of main hotel areas
- Set-up breakfast.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Previous night audit
- Computer knowledge
- Cash handling
- Must have excellent guest and associate relations skills.
- Possess strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic
Work Environment and Context
- Work schedule varies will include working on holidays, and weekends.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking , lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching.
Shifts
- Wednesday - 11pm - 7am
- Thursday - 11pm - 7am
- Friday - 11pm - 7am
- There may be times where you are asked to pick up other shifts like a 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.
- While training you will be working the 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm before moving to the audit shift (11pm-7am).*

Pay: $15.69 - $16.00 per hour
