Summary
We are seeking an Operator to join our dynamic team at Roechling Industrial Gastonia. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the production of high-quality thermoplastic products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of thermoplastic products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Utilize hydraulic systems and tools effectively for manufacturing processes.
- Document production data accurately using CMMS software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use voltmeters and ohmmeters for equipment diagnostics.
- Familiarity with scissor lifts and other industrial equipment is a plus.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills are highly desirable.
