Position Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist project management in maintaining and updating key project documents, including schedules, scope of supply, ECI, and buy-out reports.
- Support the bidding process for subcontractors on project-related work.
- Aid in subcontractor management by coordinating their activities and ensuring scope completion as per specifications and schedule.
- Coordinate the schedule and delivery of engineering documentation and materials to subcontractors.
- Assist Business Development in estimating and preparing applications for project proposals.
- Collaborate with project management in tracking and overseeing all activities across project phases, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Work with project management to complete monthly projections for assigned projects.
- Help manage the distribution and regular updates of project control documents.
- Coordinate input from key project resource groups, including Engineering, Technology/Consultants, Fabrication, Shipping, and Construction Resources.
- Assume the role of Project Manager on smaller capital projects with guidance from the Project Manager or Director.
- Provide on-site installation, start-up support, and site inspections when required.
- Travel domestically and internationally (10-50% annually), with trips lasting up to four weeks.
- Regular travel between the St. Louis, MO headquarters and the Red Bud, IL manufacturing facility.
- Foster and maintain relationships with employees across all locations.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and company guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a technically related field
- Proven ability to set and achieve both strategic and tactical goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including strong presentation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- A solid financial background, including experience with operations budget development, cost control, and capital spending justification.
- Familiarity with contract law, jobsite safety protocols, and purchasing practices.
- Estimating experience for engineering, construction management, and mechanical/electrical services.
- Knowledge of scheduling concepts (CPM, PERT, Gantt charts, resource loading) and proficiency in scheduling software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Effective time management skills and a capacity to adapt to change.
- Ability to work well with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
