Responsibilities of the role:
- Owning full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 30 commercial properties
- Bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close for portfolio
- Budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications of the role:
- 5-10 years property accounting experience
- Commercial real estate background
- Yardi software experience
