Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Locate Abstracts and type Orders
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare Abstracts from storage for requests from other Abstract Companies
- Enter/Remove Abstracts from storage
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
- Support office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Previous experience as a Front Desk receptionist for an Abstract Company is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Mac OS and Windows.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
