SUMMARY
The Ecommerce Order Administrator position is part of a multi-person Ecommerce Fulfillment Team, responsible for the placing and on-time shipment of all ecommerce orders. Ensuring a seamless guest experience, you will review new orders, determine where to source inventory, place orders using Salesforce Order Management System and work with our 70 stores and vendors to ensure they are shipped to our guests. When orders are being shipped from our home office, you will be responsible for preparing the orders for shipment through our packing and boxing process. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with bonus eligibility based on on-time shipments, inventory control, and ecommerce sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, place and track online orders using Salesforce Order Management System
- Work directly with our 70 stores and our vendors to place and follow up on orders to ensure on-time and accurate order shipment
- Pack and box orders for shipment to the guest
- Maintain, organize and track inventory on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and minimize loss
- Partner with the Ecommerce Fulfillment team to determine and implement order fulfillment processes to ensure on-time shipment
- Assist the Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager with miscellaneous tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT
You will work in a highly collaborative environment interacting with the Ecommerce Team daily. Our in-office environment and promote from within culture fosters development opportunities within the Ecommerce Team and / or the entire organization. This position requires a willingness to work weekend hours during peak holiday (e.g. November-December) seasons with schedule flexibility (e.g. work from home days) during non-peak seasons pending order demand. It is 40 hours per week with OT possible during peak times November and December. Position requires multi-tasking, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak times of the year and a sense of urgency to meet our guests' needs.
