Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking an Experienced Broom Operator, supporting Asphalt Milling Operations in the Tuscumbia / North Alabama operations area, Alabama SMA reporting to the Milling Superintendent. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.
- Wages start at $23.00hr, starting wage based on experience
- Fulltime / Permanent
- Day Shift / Night Shift may be required, depending on the job
- 3.00hr Night Shift Premium
- Weekend work may be required
- Overtime available along with extensive medical and retirement benefits

35-hour Weather Guarantee after 30 days of employment, must be available to work 6 days during the seven-day work period. Hours guaranteed, up to 35 hours (example : worked 20hrs, Actual Pay 35hrs; worked 38hrs, Actual Pay 38hrs). Weather pay is accrued on weekly accumulation, not hours per day. Holiday pay counts toward the 35-hour guarantee.
