The Social Media Manger will oversee our Rogue’s social media program’s strategy, execution, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms
- Oversee all posting, and scheduling across multiple platforms and accounts
- Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones
- Ensure brand consistency by aligning messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms
- Act swiftly and independently to make content decisions, maintaining speed of execution while balancing collaboration
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to drive engagement and increase reach
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep Rogue’s social media presence consistently relevant
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Business preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing experience; retail industry preferred
- Fitness Experience (CrossFit, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, etc.)
- Proven experience managing brand consistency across multiple social media accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Detail-oriented, ability to execute email operational tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
